Depradoo’s treatment is available in the UK and Europe.
Depradoo fosters a holistic and non-restrictive health philosophy. It’s for us all about living a healthy and happy life by moving regularly, eating healthy, managing stress, and getting enough sleep. As long as you rely on quality and moderation, sometimes enjoying a dessert or staying up late for longer would be completely okay.
The treatment is for individuals who are at risk of or are living with lifestyle- and behaviour–related cardiometabolic conditions such as pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, obesity, overweight, hypertension, and high cholesterol.
You are not eligible to receive treatment from Depradoo if you’re an individual who
- doesn’t speak and read at least English.
- is younger than 18 years of age.
- doesn’t have access to and knowledge about how to use a mobile phone, tablet, apps, and tracking devices.
- needs treatment for severe complications that cannot be properly supported through our digital care model, such as heart attack, stroke, coronary artery disease, cancer, kidney disease, and peripheral neuropathy.
- consulted a doctor and got no referral that confirms their suitability for our treatment.
We are aware that cardiometabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol could appear in combination. Therefore, our treatment is designed to simultaneously treat co-occurring conditions.

A referral from a doctor is required if you’re an individual who
- wants to apply through their employer or health plan in order to get reimbursed.
- has a personal health history where exercise could worsen their health.
The doctor will send the referral to Depradoo. As the referral confirms your suitability for our treatment, in the meantime, you can already start with your application.
No, Depradoo also accepts referrals from non–partnering doctors. Please send the referral that confirms your patient’s suitability for our treatment to info@depradoo.com.
Yes, it’s possible
- if a doctor approves your suitability for our treatment through a referral and
- if your employer or health plan reimburses you for the costs of the treatment.
Please speak to your doctor to see if you can be referred to Depradoo and to your employer or health plan to find out if they cover the Depradoo treatment, or apply as a self-paying individual.
No, you need to have completed the 12–Week Program first.
Each health coach has a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree whether in a movement, nutrition, or behavioral health-related field. Some coaches may have additional health-related qualifications and/or certifications.
Each customer receives three personal health coaches: a fitness, nutrition, and behaviour change specialist.

You can cancel your 12-Week Program and Monthly Membership at any time. Refunds are only issued for the 12-Week Program right after completion of the consultation form in the app and before the first initial consultation with one of our health coaches. No refunds will be issued if you have already made use of the first initial consultation. Refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. You can get in touch with us HERE or by mailing info@depradoo.com to request cancellation and a refund.
